Summary
A new option ALL is introduced for the Windchill Workgroup Manager preference Smart Lock Objects In Workspace. This option allows you to set or clear the workspace lock feature for all objects that are not checked out to the workspace. This option is a super set of old preference values NO_MODIFY_ACCESS and READ_ONLY.
