Provides the ability to define and manage date, serial/MSN, or lot/block effectivity for Options and Variants objects, and to include lot effectivity in the Option Filter configuration specification for use in filtering.
Additional Details
In this release, the ability is provided to define and manage the standard effectivity types for date, serial/MSN, and lot/block on independent assigned expression. The option filter configuration specification provides the ability for the appropriately entitled users, to use date or unit effectivity configuration specifications to resolve the independent assigned expressions, choice rules, and alias expressions. These Options and Variants objects are used for option filtering on the structure through Edit Filter, Saved Filters, and Variant Specifications.
