Digital Product Traceability: Single Sign-On (SSO)

Summary
Prior to Windchill 12.1.0.0, only basic authentication was supported for Digital Product Traceability, and you were required to separately log in to different applications. Starting with this release, single sign-on authentication enables you to log in with a single set of credentials to Windchill, , and Windchill RV&S to create and read trace links in Windchill.
The following applications are used for SSO:
• PingFederate
• Platform
• Flow
• Windchill RV&S
