Service Product Hierarchy Attributes
You can view the attributes of a service product hierarchy in the following locations:
• Details tab on the information page
• Attributes tab on the Structure tab of the service product hierarchy
Common Attributes
The common attributes of a service product hierarchy are as follows:
• Name
• Number
• CAGE Code
To edit these attributes for a service product hierarchy,
• Navigate to the Folders page. Select the service product hierarchy, right-click and select Edit Common Attributes.
• Navigate to the service product hierarchy information page. Select Edit Common Attributes on the Actions menu.
The Edit Common Attributes dialog box opens.
Once you have made your choice, click OK to save your choice.
More Attributes
The following general attributes are available on the More Attributes part of an information page tab:
• Name
• Number
• View
• Lifecycle Template
• Team Template
• Location
