Quality Part Administration
Quality Part Administration is used to create and store Windchill parts in standalone mode. Parts created or added by you are displayed in the Selected Parts table.
Actions
The following actions are available from the Selected Parts table:

Add part to this table
Add a part created by another user to the Selected Parts table
New Part
Creates a new part, which can be searched for and used in a Windchill quality solution process.

Remove part from this table
Removes the selected part from the table. The selected part remains in the database. To delete the part permanently, select Delete from the right-click menu.
