Conducting the Rework Change Notice Task
The change notice enters the Rework workflow state when Rework is selected during the Review Change Notice Task or the Audit Change Notice Task. To rework a CAPA change notice, complete the following steps:

At any time, you can click Save and continue working on the change notice later.
The change notice appears on the Task list of the selected product context.
1. In the Tasks table, click Rework Change Notice Task.
2. Review the object associated with the change notice.
3. Using the information in the Special Instructions field, complete the rework task.
4. In the Comments field, enter your comments.
5. Click Complete Task. The change notice is saved and moves to the next workflow state.
