Report Information Page
A report is the output of a predefined query that is run at a particular time against a set of business information, often using parameters that are entered at the time the report is run. The report information page is a collection point for information related to the report. The information page of a report is accessed by selecting View Information from the right-click actions menu for the report on the Reports table, or clicking the view information icon .
From the information page, you can perform actions on a report, as well as view the report attributes.

Actions
Information pages contain a list of applicable actions in a menu next to the object identification line. The following actions are available from a report information page:
Action
Description
View the report.
Edit the report attributes. This action is only available if you have modify permissions for the report.
Delete the report. This action is only available if you have modify permissions for the report.
Export the report template. This action is only available to site and organization administrators.
Tabs
The Details tab is the only tab initially present on the report information page. You can customize the tabs that appear on each object information page to display the information most useful to you. For more information, see Customizing Information Page Tabs.
The following attributes appear on the report information page.
Attribute
Description
Name
The name of the report. This attribute is displayed in the originally authored language. This attribute value can be edited but is not localized based on server locale.
Localized Name
The localized name of the report, based on the browser locale setting. This attribute only displays for non-English locales.
Description
A description of the report.
Display Context(s)
The contexts or locations in which the report is displayed.
Input Page
The custom input page, if any, that is defined for this report.
Resource Bundle
The custom resource bundle, if any, defined for this report.
Reporting System
The reporting engine used to render the report.
Windchill Business Reporting Needed
Indicates whether Windchill Business Reporting engine is required to render the report.
Report Details
Either the name of the Info*Engine task used for the report, or a link to the report template details for the report.
