Viewing Planning Reports
The following planning reports are available out of the box:
• Plan Status Report
• Plan Item Status Report
You can view a planning report, in the list, from the following launch points:
• Click View report for a row
• Right-click a report and select View Report.
Based on the selected planning report, the View Report opens the Plan Status Report or the Plan Item Status Report window.
The Plan Status Report window contains the following fields:
Field
Description
Context
Context in which the plan is stored
Health Status
The health status of the plan
State
The current state of the plan
Percent Complete
The actual percentage of work that has been completed for the plan
Risk
The risk associated with the plan
The Plan Item Status Report window contains the following fields:
Field
Description
Context
Context in which the plan item is stored
Users
The owner of the plan item
Context Items
The plan items for which you want to view the report
Health Status
The health status of the plan item
Completion Status
The percentage of work that has been completed
Risk
The risk associated with the plan item
Due Date
The date for completing the plan item, after which the plan item is considered overdue
OR
A date before or after the due date
To generate a report, select a value for each field and click Generate.
The report is generated based on the specified criteria and contains the relevant attributes.
