Windchill Packages: Enabling Fault Tolerance for Deliveries
User Interface Location: Zip Package for Delivery dialog box
Product: Windchill
Release: 12.0.2.0
Benefit
Provides the ability to enable fault-tolerant exports so that the replication process continues even if a non-exportable data set is present. The problematic data and any related dependents are ignored to ensure that the integrity of the data is not compromised.
Additional Details
Use the Enable Fault Tolerance checkbox to make the delivery of a replication package fault tolerant. Any faulty data in the package is reported in the delivery ZIP file, CSV file, and failure log file. The checkbox is selected by default when the com.ptc.windchill.wp.faulttolerance.isenabled property is set to true.
You can also enable or disable fault tolerance using the Windchill Replication Package ZIP Delivery command line utility.
