Add the Data Utility for the “BuildStatus” Attribute
Perform this procedure if you are updating from a Windchill 9.x with IBM Rational ClearCase data, or if you are updating from a previous Windchill system with IBM Rational ClearCase data. This procedure adds the Data Utility for the “BuildStatus” attribute.
1. From > select Type and Attribute Management from the Business Administration section.
2. From the navigation panel, click Manage Types to view the selections.
3. Expand the Document selection and select Software Build.
4. From the Layouts tab, left-click the Layouts drop-down list and select Create New Layout.
5. From the
Available Attributes list, click >
on the
Build Status attribute.
6. From the
Available Attributes list, click
Edit on the
Build Status attribute.
7. Enter the following value in the Data Utility Id property field and click OK.

8. From the Layouts tab, left-click the Layouts drop-down list and select More Attributes Info Page Layout.
9. From the
Available Attributes list, click
Edit on the
Build Status attribute.
10. Enter the following value in the Data Utility Id property field and click OK.
