Microsoft NTLM Authentication
Most Windchill clients can support NTLM authentication. When NTLM authentication is used, some web servers may return a user ID as:
DOMAIN\Username
If this occurs, Windchill users need to have the “DOMAIN\” string as part of the user name that they use to log on. To determine if NTLM authentication is supported, see the web server documentation.
