Summary
From Windchill 12.0.1.0, the creation of training records is not supported for an individual user and organization. The training records will be created for all users of a group and nested groups of the top-level group for which the training record was created.
As shown in the image, a group training record will be created for the top-level group, Group 1 and its nested groups, Group 2 and Group 3.
If any of the nested groups have training records for the same document being processed and there are existing training records for the user principals for the document, no duplicate records will be created.
