Thumbnails can be published in XML bundle outputs to be consumed by Arbortext Content Delivery.
The
Add Graphical Representation action lets you add representations in the content holders of a textual dynamic document, graphical dynamic document, and parts list. You can also reuse a representation by copying it to the
Representations/Annotations table of an information element content holder.
Supported representation formats include PNG, JPG, and JPEG file formats. The representation of an information element content holder is available in the reps folder and the metadata in the DMPmap file of the XML bundle. Only the default representation is included in the bundle and used as thumbnail in Arbortext Content Delivery.
To publish representations of information element content holders, add the includeContentHolderReps rule to the publishing rule file.

Set the value of the rule to true to publish representations. When set to false, the default, the representation is not published in the XML bundle.
