Associated Process Objects
The Associated Process Objects table contains associated changes with parent and child relationships for a context change. Process links support closure through a workflow process, so the objects can be closed at the same time if each object is in the correct state.
The Associated Process Objects table contains the following columns:
Column
Description
Identity
The system identifier for the object, including a link to launch the information page for the object.

The identity displayed for a change review is based on the values set in the Change Modification Tracking and Expose Organization for Change Management Objects preferences.
Name
Name of the parent object.
Category
A business category that describes the objects.
Priority
Priority level assigned to the objects.
State
The life cycle state of the object (open, assigned, in work, plan, intake, evaluation, and so on).
Need Date
The date by which the task must be implemented or satisfied.
Complexity
Fast track, full track, or basic. For more information, see Determining Fast Track and Full Track Complexity.
Context
The context in which the objects resides.
Comments
Comments about the objects.
