Add Content to a Publication Structure
To add data modules to the publication structure:
Using the context menu
1. Select the node in the publication structure where you want to add the data modules.
2. Select Insert New > Insert Existing Information Element from the context menu.
The Insert Existing Information Element dialog box is displayed. This allows you to search for particular data modules.
3. Select Dynamic Document from the Search On pull-down list.
4. Enter the search criteria in the Number and/or Name fields.

Wildcards such as * and ? can be used.
5. Select a context from either the current product only, or all products on the system.
6. From the Insert Location pull-down list, select the position at which the data modules are inserted.
7. Click Search.
A list of matching data modules is displayed.
8. Select the data modules that you want to insert.

You can select multiple data modules using the Ctrl and Shift keys.
9. Click OK.
The selected data modules are added to the publication structure.
Using the Information Structure tab
An alternative method to add data modules is to click the Information Structure tab.
1. Select the required publication section.
2. Click the Information Structure tab
3. Navigate the information structure to locate the data modules that you want to add to the publication.

You can select multiple data modules using the Ctrl and Shift keys.
4. Select the data module.
5. Right-click and select the position at which you require the data module inserted.

Insert After
Insert As First Child
Insert As Last Child
The selected data modules are added to the publication structure.
