Specifying a Windows batch file (*.bat) for the Startup Command when registering an Authoring Application
Windows batch file (*.bat) in Startup Command is supported while registering authoring application.
Customizing the launch commands of an Authoring Application
Launching legacy, custom application or Cadence Allegro Design Workbench (ADW) Flow Manager from Windchill Workgroup Manager can be achieved by specifying a batch command file for the start-up command when registering an authoring application.
Setting the Startup Command to batch file
In order to set Startup Command to batch file, use manual registration.
In the Startup Command field, type the location or browse the Windows batch file (*.bat) for the selected authoring application. The following image displays the ‘Edit an Authoring Application’ dialog box, with the Startup Command field.
