Initial Design Checkout
To check out a design and begin “team ready” preparation:
1. From the Cadence Team Design Option dashboard, right-click the top node of the design and select the Check Out action from the menu.
2. In the Cadence authoring tool, make a minor change to the design to ensure that it can be checked in after the preparation process has been completed.
Note that the design is marked modified in the Cadence Team Design Option dashboard as shown in the following figure.
