Editing an Invitation Message

This action is only available to context managers and administrators when viewing the context team of a project or program.
Use the following steps to edit the current invitation message that is used when members are added to the context team:
1. On the Members table, click the edit invitation icon .
The Edit Invitation Message window opens.
2. In the Invitation Message field, the current message displays. Edit the text you want to appear in the invitation.

You can include HTML formatting tags in the invitation message that are then processed before the message is sent. For example, including <b> and </b> tags presents the text between the tags as bold text.
3. Click OK.
The updated invitation is only sent to users who are added in the future.
For projects and programs, you can also edit the invitation message by selecting Edit from the project or program actions list. The Invitation Message field on Edit Invitation step shows the current message.
