Editing Organizations
To edit an existing organization, select Edit from the right-click actions menu from the Organizations table, or from the Action menu on the organization information page. The Edit Organization window opens.
The following table describes the fields on the Edit Organization window. You may or may not be able to change certain fields based on your permissions.

Organization Name
Specifies the name of the organization. This field cannot be changed.
Owner
Specifies the owner of the organization. This drop-down list is populated with organization and site administrators.
Description
Describes the organization.
Postal Address
Specifies the mailing address used for the organization.
Web Site
Specifies the URL for the organization's web site.

Subscriber - organization can host projects (site administrators only)
Allow all organization members to create projects

Conferencing ID
Specifies the identifier that organization members use to gain access to the service identified in the Conferencing URL field. This is a priority piece of information provided by conferencing service (such as the WebEx partner ID). Typically it is a number, for example 5551212.
Conferencing URL
Specifies the URL for the service that the organization members can use to create meetings. This is a priority piece of information provided by the conferencing service (for example, http://ptc.webex.com).
When you are finished entering the information, click OK. Clicking OK saves your changes, closes the window, and returns you to the page you were on when you launched the Edit Organization window.
