Creators (Organizations)
The Organizations > Creators table displays the users assigned to the various creators groups for your organization. A creator is that user who can create and manage new application contexts, such as projects and products, or shared teams in a Windchill system. Only members of the organization can be added to the creators groups for your organization.
A unique creators group exists for each application context, as well as for shared teams. For example, a user must be a member of the Product Creators group to create a product, or a member of the Shared Team Creators group to create a shared team.
From the Creators table, you can view, add, and remove users from the creators groups.
From the view drop-down list, select the creators group that you want to view:
Library Creators
Product Creators
Program Creators
Project Creators
Shared Team Creators
The creators groups available depend on the solutions you have installed. For example, the Project Creators and Program Creators groups are available only if you have Windchill ProjectLink installed.
The following table describes the icons on the Creators table:

Remove Users
Removes a user's creator privileges. You can either select the check box to the left of the user's name and click the icon, or click the Remove Users link next to the name of the user. The page refreshes automatically, deleting the user(s) from the Creators table.
Allows you to grant creator privileges to a user in an organization.

If the Allow all organization members to create projects option is set to Yes for the organization, the Add Users and Remove Users actions are not available when the table view is Project Creators. To control which users can create projects, edit the organization and change the Allow all organization members to create projects option to No. The Add Users and Remove Users actions will then be available from the Project Creators table view.
