In Windchill Workgroup Manager for NX, you can now use multi-byte characters in naming files. This feature can be used when files are named in Asian languages such as Japanese and Chinese. The native NX software supports multi-byte characters, and that feature has now been extended to the Windchill Workgroup Manager.
