Access to change review actions is enabled out-of-the-box.
Additional Details
The actions to create and edit a change review are enabled for all the standard profiles and the following license profiles:
• PTC Author License
• PTC PDMLink Module License
• PTC Quality License
Use the Create Change Reviews or Edit Change Reviews profile action in the Profile Actions table to create or edit a change review.
