Editing a Model Item Relationship to a Control Characteristic
The Search window appears when you need to edit a model-item-to-control-characteristic relationship.
To edit a model item:
1. In the CAD Document field, use the drop-down list to select the CAD document that is to be associated with the control characteristic.
2. In the Type field, use the drop-down list to select the type of model item relationship to associate with the control characteristic. By default all object types are selected.
3. In the Name field, enter the name of the model item, or leave it blank to search for all model items.
4. Click Search.
5. In the Results pane, select the desired object then click OK.
