A repository type represents a type of
Windchill system. A repository type describes what types of objects (or
type identifiers) a system supports, and what actions (or
delegates) can be carried out on those objects. A default
Windchill installation is configured to have a repository type of com.ptc.windchill.
From the
Manage Repository Type page, new repository types can be
created, and existing repository types can be
updated, or
deleted.
