Creating an Adapter
Follow the instructions in this section to create or recreate IBM Rational ClearCase adapters at the site and organization levels.
When Upgrading From Windchill 9.x
Create and manage the IBM Rational ClearCase adapters for your site or organization.

The Site or Organization administrator must use the same IBM Rational ClearCase adapter names and attributes in the Adapters Administration utility as originally created in the old ClearCase Administration utility.
*
After you have recreated the IBM Rational ClearCase 9.x adapters, including the default adapter; reconfigure the IBM Rational ClearCase adapters associated with the IBM Rational ClearCase 9.x content. Refer to How to Reconfigure the IBM Rational ClearCase Adapter for detailed instructions.
