View and Print Only Licenses Table

The View and Print Only Licenses table is available from the View and Print Only Licenses tab in the Usage and License Reporting utility. The table lists all users who are members of the PTC View and Print Only License group. All users are listed, even if they were added to the PTC View and Print Only License group as part of a group; groups added to the group are not listed in the View and Print Only Licenses table. The following actions are available from the View and Print Only Licenses table:

Description

License Count

A count of all license group members.

License group membership is refreshed on a daily basis using the LicenseGroupMembershipLinks queue entry in the commonScheduleQueue. There may be up to a 24 hour delay to sync the license group membership in the Participant Administration utility with the View and Print Only Licenses table.

Export List to File

Export the list of participants to a file. A list of possible file formats is available.

If your site has configured the Performance Advisor for Windchill to send reports to PTC, the number of users in the View and Print Only license group is sent with the other regular reports. For more information, see Performance Advisor for PTC Windchill Report Information.
