Service Model Information Tab
The Service Model Information tab allows you to manage service and model information for a parts list or individual part.
To display the Service Model Information tab, open the parts list in Parts List Editor. Click the Service Model Information tab in the right pane.
Services table
Object
Description
Service Name
Displays the service name of the service.
Source Maintenance Recoverability
Displays the SMR code (Source Maintenance Recoverability) for the service.
This is an editable text field.
Adding text in this field checks out a service so that changes can be applied.
Create New Service
Click the Create New Service icon to associate a service to a parts list item.
This option provides a list of services defined in the product’s Services and Models look-up library, not including any services already assigned to the selected part.

Check In
Click the Check In icon to check in a service.
Delete Service
Click the Delete Service icon to delete the association to the selected service.
This option deletes the selected service and any related models for a parts list item. They remain in the product’s Services and Models look-up library.
See Remove or Rename Services and Models for information on removing a service from the look-up library.
Search
Click the Search icon to search the Services table for a particular service.
Table views
Click the Table views icon to customize the Services table to your requirements.
Models table
Object
Description
Model Identifier
Displays the model identifier of the model.
Service Effectivity
Displays the service effectivity of the model.
Create New Model
Click the Create New Model icon to associate a model to a service selected in the Services table.
This option provides a list of models defined in the product’s Services and Models look-up library, not including any models already assigned to the selected service.
Selecting this option checks out the service so that changes can be applied.

Manage Applicability
Click Manage Applicability to set the service effectivity for the selected model.
Remove Model
Click the Remove Model icon to delete the association to the selected model.
This option deletes the selected model and any related service effectivity for a service. They remain in the product’s Services and Models look-up library.

Search
Click the Search icon to search the Models table for a particular service.
Table views
Click the Table views icon to customize the Models table to your requirements.
