Customer Experience Page Overview
The Customer Experience page is available by expanding a quality context in the Navigator and clicking Customer Experience. This page allows you to view Windchill Customer Experience Management customer experiences in their given workflow state.
Windchill Customer Experience Management allows you to collect, document, track, trend, and report product quality issues recorded by customers as customer experiences. For more information, see The Windchill Customer Experience Management Process. Customer experiences can easily be found in the Customer Experience table. Changing the Table View
You can limit the customer experiences that display in the table by selecting a view from the Customer Experience list.
The following views are available:
Open—View all open customer experiences.
Canceled—View all canceled customer experiences.
Closed—View all closed customer experiences.
In Progress—View all customer experiences with activities in progress, such as customer experience, product investigation, general product, and regulatory reporting activities that result from customer experience evaluation.
All—View all customer experiences including current and backlog customer experiences.
Column Information
To define your own view for the Customer Experience table, select Customize from the Customer Experience list. This action allows you to select which package types and columns appear in the table and to determine the order in which the columns appear. For more information, see Customizing Table Views.
Click the information icon to view the information page for a customer experience.
Create a New Customer Experience
Click the new customer experience icon to create a new customer experience. For more information, see Creating or Editing a Customer Experience.
