Benefit
Provides the ability to specify the default config spec for a Drawing publish job independent of all other publish jobs.
Additional Details
When publishing a Drawing EPMDocument, and no config spec is specified, or the Create Representation wizard specifies "default" (which is the default option), then the config spec used can be specified by setting the value of publish.configspec.default.drawing.useasstoredifavailable property to true for As Stored or false for Latest.
