You can generate downgrade delivery packages for change management objects using Windchill FBR. The following change objects support backward compatibility:

Change object packages exported to Windchill 11.0 M030 will exclude the rich text attributes. You can customize the source system to convert the rich text attributes to the equivalent simple text attributes in the target system.
