Information Tab
Under the Information tab, you can view or change attributes of the object that is selected in the navigation pane. Under the Information tab, the following tabs are available:

Name
Description
Identity
View the main attributes of the object, including name and number.
For definitions of each attribute, see Part Attributes.
Object Attributes
View and edit the Source and Assembly Mode attributes of the object in addition to any attributes unique to your site.
Usage Attributes
When you associate one object with another in the structure, a usage link is created. From the Usage Attributes subtab, view and edit the attributes on this usage link. These attributes are unique to your site.

This tab is unavailable when the top object in an assembly is selected.
Assigned Item Choices
View the choices that have been assigned to the item. Excluded choices appear with a negative symbol in front of them. In Product Structure Explorer draft mode newly added, deleted, included or excluded choices are marked up.
Time and Cost
View time and cost details for the object selected in the structure. For example, if an operation is selected, you can view the time and cost associated with each step in the operation (setup time and cost, queue time and cost). Available in the Process Plan Explorer only.
Classification
Classify or remove classifications for the selected part. This tab appears only when Windchill PartsLink is installed.
Alternate Units
View alternate units for an object. Alternate units are a way of defining a different unit for an object other than it’s default unit. For example, for a part that has a default unit of “each”, you can define an alternate unit of “box”, where one box is equal to five parts. Available in Windchill MPMLink only.
ERP Data
View and edit ERP system material associated with the part or assembly selected in the structure pane of the Manufacturing Product Structure Explorer. For example, the revision number of the part on the ERP system, any documentation that exists on the ERP system, or any view-specific information that exists on the ERP system.
