Adding an Annotation to the Associated Annotations Table
There are two ways that you can add an annotation to the Associated Annotations table:
Pasting from the Windchill clipboard
Using the Add annotations action
To add annotations:
1. Prior to adding an annotation to the Associated Annotations table, you must copy or move annotations to the Windchill clipboard.
2. Create or edit a change request or change task.
3. In the Select Affected Objects or Select Affected/Resulting Objects step, right-click the affected object for which you want to add an annotation and select Edit Annotations.
4. On the Edit Annotations window, in the Associated Annotations table, click the paste icon or the add annotations icon .
5. Select the annotations you want to add to the table, and click OK.
6. The system adds the annotations to the table.
7. Complete creating or editing the change request, and click Finish.

If you click the Paste selection icon , a window appears with all objects you have placed on the clipboard. You can select which annotations you want to add.
