Deleting a Workspace
You can delete a workspace if it does not contain any checked out, new, or modified objects. If you are working within a registered authoring application, you are prompted with a warning message about deleting the local cache for a successfully deleted workspace.
To delete a workspace:
1. Under the appropriate context, select the Workspaces link. The My Workspaces page appears with a table listing all of your current workspaces.
2. Select one or more workspaces to delete, and click the delete icon . You are not allowed to delete an active workspace.
Alternatively, you can select Delete Workspace from the workspace actions menu within an inactive workspace.
*
An administrative user can delete workspaces of another user. If you are logged in as an administrative user, the Other Users’ Workspaces table appears below the My Workspaces table. You can specify other user’s name and see a list of workspaces for that user. You can delete a workspace even if it contains any checked-out, new, or modified objects. New or modified objects may be deleted from the system, and therefore will only available in local cache.
The administrative user can also delete the deleted user’s workspaces. These workspaces also appear in the Other Users’ Workspaces table and can be viewed and deleted from the same table.
