Managing Usage Reports in PDMLink, ProjectLink, and Arbortext Content Manager

The Usage and License Reporting utility is available for Windchill Arbortext Content Manager, Windchill PDMLink, and Windchill ProjectLink only. For Pro/INTRALINK, see Managing License Usage Reports in PDM Essentials and Pro/INTRALINK.
The Usage tab on the Usage and License Reporting utility provides a mechanism for administrators to view the number of Windchill users for a given time period. The Usage and License Reporting utility is only available from the Site > Utilities page.
The organization that the current report is for is listed in the Internal Organization field at the top of the Usage tab.
Actions
The following actions are available from the top of the Usage table:

Description
Create a distribution list of email addresses to receive a monthly report of usage.
Export the content of the table into a CSV or XML format.
Changing the Table View
You can change the number of months that display in the table by selecting an option from the view drop-down list. The options include One Year, Two Years, Five Years, and All.

Data is only displayed for the months which have data in the audit log. For example, if Windchill was installed within the previous month, there would be data for that month only.
Usage Information
The Usage table contains the following information:
Column
Description
Usage Period
The time interval being reported on. Click a month in this column to see detailed usage information.
Displays the report page for the indicated usage period. This page displays additional detailed time intervals for each month.
Users
The number of users that have accessed the system during the month.
