Creating a BOM Attribute Map
A BOM attribute map is a list of values that map design attributes (that is, features of the design as created by the user) to corresponding attributes in Windchill.
To create a BOM Attribute Map, perform the following steps:
1. From the Workspace, select > > . The New CAD Document window opens.
2. For Category, select > .
3. For Type, make sure ECAD Definition is showing.
4. For Template Name, select ECAD - BOM Attributes Mapping.
5. For Name, enter the name you want to give your map.
6. Optionally, you can add a description.
7. Click OK. The map is created.
