You can open a CGR in Structure Mode by selecting File > Open in CATIA. You can also edit the open.assembly.cgrs client setting in the wgm.client.ini file: if set to yes, then the adapter always attempts to open an assembly in CGR mode if the adapter finds a CGR.

If you do not set the global attribute for CATProduct conversion to true, then a publishing job only produces a ProductView viewable file.
