Conducting the Audit Change Notice Task
To conduct a CAPA change notice audit, complete the following steps:

At any time, you can click Save and continue working on the change notice later.

The change notice appears on the Task list of the selected product context.
1. In the Tasks table, click Audit Change Notice.
2. Review the object associated with the change notice.
3. In the Comments field, enter your comments.
4. Do one of the following:
◦ If rework is needed, select Rework.
◦ If rework is not needed, select Complete.
5. Click Complete Task. The change notice is saved and moves to the next workflow state.
