The following table explains the options available from the View menu:
Filter Criteria Options

Description
Edit Filter
Opens the Edit Filter window so you can choose the criteria by which product structures are expanded. The configuration specification set using this menu selection applies only to the current session of the explorer.
After editing a filter, using the Edit Filter action, the filter is considered an in work filter and nothing is selected in the Show List window.
If multiple Product Structure Explorers with multiple Edit Filter window open, each Edit Filter window has a unique identifier. When the editing of the filter is complete, the instance of Product Structure Explorer that invoked it is displayed.

The Options Filter tab is not available for use in the Edit Filter window, when there is no saved root object with an Assigned Option Set available. For instance, when an empty Product Structure Explorer is open with no product structure, or a new object has been created in draft mode and not yet saved, and the Edit Filter action is invoked.
The Spatial Filter tab is not available for any Structure Explorer.
The Attribute Filter tab is not available for all Structure Explorers.
Current Filter
Opens a window displaying the configuration specification and filter information that was used to expand the selected node in the structure.
Saved Filters > Save
Saves the current criteria to the database, prompting you to name the saved criteria. The saved filter is then displayed in a list within the Show List window.
Saved Filters > Manage
Opens a window displaying all filters available in the current context. From this window, existing filters can be shared with other users or the user can choose to show or hide a filter in the list of available filters.
Saved Filters > Show List
Opens a window showing a list of saved filters for the current user and any filters shared to the current user. To display a shared filter in this list use the Manage window and select Show for the shared filter. A default filter for the current context appears at the top of the list. Selecting an item in the list of filters in this window applies the filter to the current product structure.

Opens a new window where you create a new query in order to locate a part in the structure.
Opens a new window that allows for executing, changing, copying, and deleting saved queries.
Displays the results of the most recent query.
Removes any indicators you may have selected when conducting a query. For more information, see About Queries.

Latest
Runs the most recently executed query.

Fully expands the structure from the selected node according to the current configuration specification.
Refresh
Updates the structure of the selected node according to the current configuration specification.

Information
Opens the Windchill details page of the selected part.
Select parent
Selects the parent of the currently selected part.
Open in
Opens the product structure in Creo Parametric.
Open in Product Structure Explorer
Opens the selected part in a new Product Structure Explorer window.

This action does not automatically refresh the window. If you want to ensure that you are working with the latest iteration of the part in the new window, refresh the window.
New Product Structure Explorer
Opens a new Product Structure Explorer window, with no parts yet displayed.
Structure Table Details
Opens a window where you can select the structure table columns that display as well as their order.
Report
Description
Multi-Level Components List
Displays a consolidated list of components and their quantities within an entire part structure. Unlike the Multi-Level BOM report, this report does not list the levels of the parts and does not illustrate the part-component relationships. Each component is only listed once with a consolidated total quantity.
Single-Level Consolidated BOM
Displays all parts and their quantities that are directly used by a selected assembly part. A component used multiple times is listed only once with a consolidated total quantity.
Single-Level BOM
Displays the parts directly used by a selected assembly part. Child parts used more than once are displayed individually. Information pertaining to the part and uses relationship is displayed.
Single-Level BOM with Notes
Displays the parts directly used by a selected assembly part. Also displays the bill of material notes associated with each part. Child parts used more than once are displayed individually.
Multi-Level BOM
Displays an indented bill of material for all levels of a selected assembly part. Child parts used more than once in an assembly are displayed individually. Information pertaining to the part and uses relationship is displayed.
Multi-Level BOM with Replacements
Displays an indented bill of material for all levels of a selected assembly part with the alternates and substitutes that can be used as replacement parts displayed beneath each part.
Multi-Level BOM with AML/AVL
Displays an indented bill of material for all levels of a selected assembly part structure with information about manufacturer and vendor.
Multi-Level BOM with AML
Displays an indented bill of material for all levels of a selected part structure with information about the manufacturer.
Single Source OEM Parts
Displays original equipment manufacturer parts that have only one manufacturer with an Approved and/or Preferred sourcing status.

This report is available when Windchill Supplier Management is installed.
Unique Manufacturer Parts
Displays a list of manufacturer parts associated with the current part structure, listing them only once even if the part has multiple occurrences.

Change Baseline
Shows change history and anticipated changes for a parts and associated documents in a part structure. For more information, see Creating the Change Baseline Report.

The change baseline report is available when the Change Baseline Report Display preference is set to yes.
Impact Analysis Report
Displays associated service objects that are impacted by change in a related part. For more information, see About Impact Analysis Report.

This option is available only in a Windchill Service Information Manager system.
