Applying an Annotation Set
Applying an annotation set attempts to update the structure to reflect the annotated changes. You can apply an annotation set only once, and, once applied, the annotation set cannot be changed.
To apply an annotation set, it must first be
saved. To then apply it, select > .

Once you save an annotation set, the changes are committed to the database. The changes are either checked in or are in a working state, depending on your settings for the following preference: "Checkin deferred changes after apply.” If the files are not checked in and you are working in edit mode, you can reverse annotation set changes individually using the Undo Checkout action. |
