Accessing Legacy Audit Data After Upgrading
Starting in Windchill 10.0, the link to Windchill 7.0/8.0 Security Audit Reporting which was available in Windchill 9.0 and 9.1 systems on the Site and Organization Utilities tabs, will no longer be available. This link was enabled by setting the wt.audit.EnableLegacyAuditUI property to true. Audit data created prior to Windchill 9.0 will not be deleted on upgrade, but this data will no longer be viewable or accessible on a Windchill 10.x system. Before upgrading to Windchill 10.x, you may wish to archive audit data created prior to Windchill 9.0 by creating the necessary Windchill 8.0 audit reports and saving them to files, as documented in the online help. Audit data created at Windchill 9.0 and later releases is in the new format and can still be accessed by reports using the new audit reporting capabilities.
The following tables were used for audit data prior to Windchill 9.0. If after saving any audit data created prior to Windchill 9.0, you may choose to manually delete these obsolete tables:
