Out-of-the-box, the Package Creator role is available for users who work with packages and deliveries. This role is available in all product, library, and project contexts, but has only been incorporated in the General Product, General Library, and General Project templates.

Users in the Package Creator role are intended have access to package and delivery actions appropriate to life cycle states in the Basic life cycle template as well as the additional life cycle states introduced by routing.

Package Manager, Package Contributor, Package Reviewer, Package Approver, and Package Recipient roles are also available in all product, library, and project contexts. These roles could be used as an alternative to or in connection with the routing capability.
