You can use Windchill Service Information Manager to create a single, multiple-language PDF representation; for example, you can create a manual with English content chapters, followed by French content chapters, followed by German content chapters, and so on.

To configure a publication structure for output in a single, multiple-language PDF representation, the structure must contain nested publication structures. Select a nested publication structure and use Set Multi Language from the Edit action to specify that the nested structure is to be published in multiple languages. If Set Multi Language is not set for a nested publication structure, the nested structure will be published in only the primary language.

To publish a multiple-language PDF representation, click Representation in the Publish action set or choose Publish Representation from the shortcut menu of the structure. From the Set Languages step of the Publish Representation window, select the languages to include in the representation. Select Multilingual Output to publish the selected languages in a single, multiple-language PDF representation. The languages will be published in the order they appear in the Selected Languages list.
