Additional Details
Previously, it was necessary to close an open assembly in order to replace out-of-date components in the assembly, and then reopen the assembly all over again. This was a time-consuming process that often resulted in productivity delays when the assembly was reopened. Now this process is eliminated. Using the Update PDM action, you can replace assembly components in the Local Workspace with updated components while the assembly is open and in-work.
