Provides the ability to only import content from a translation package that is not already translated.

You can configure Windchill Service Information Manager Translation Management to only import content from a translation package that is not already translated. The configuration is controlled by the com.ptc.tml.updateAlreadyTranslatedContent xconf property in wt.properties, which determines whether translated content in a translation package is updated during the import process.
