Additional Details
Using the System Configuration Collector utility, administrators can track the number of unique licenses used daily for nonconformance, customer experience management, and CAPA applications. The system tracks each user who takes an action that creates a history XML file, such as saving or finishing a task.
• The number of active users appears in the License Usage Summary table in the row for PTC Windchill QMS.
• The user IDs and other details appear in the Detailed License Usage table.
