Before 11.0 M020, Windchill allowed field validations to be bypassed by hiding the layout panel or hiding fields on a layout.
Windchill 11.0 M020 validates all fields whether they are hidden or not. Due to this change in behavior, administrators must set the Input Required flag to blank or No for the Reference Record Type and Reference Record ID fields in the Create CAPARequest Attribute Layout and Edit CAPARequest Attribute Layout on the CAPA Request type. Otherwise, the system cannot save the record when the Investigation Completed flag is set to No.
