To take advantage of new features and capabilities introduced with each new platform release, and to remain current with platforms that are no longer supported by their own vendors, PTC routinely updates its list of supported platforms.
Additional Details
For this release, note the following supported server platform changes:
• Support added:
◦ Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7 (64-bit)
◦ Solaris 11.2
• No longer supported:
◦ Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5
◦ Solaris 10 and 11
For this release note the following supported client platform changes:
• Windows 10 is planned for post-release certification with 11.0
