Users must have Download permission to download Primary Content for objects that contain multiple primary content files.

To provide consistent access control, now users must have Download permission to download primary content for any object, whether it has one or multiple primary content files. Previously, users were able to download primary content for objects that had multiple primary content files if they were granted Read permission for the object; however, for objects that had one primary content file, users needed Download permission to download primary content.

Out of the box, multiple primary content is used in Windchill Workgroup Manager for ECAD and MCAD. Administrators may need to determine if users with Read permission, who were previously able to download primary content files for objects with multiple primary content files, should be granted Download permission for those objects.
