A new preference controls the default behavior for the Delete action, allowing sites, organizations, contexts, or users to select the default behavior used most frequently.
Additional Details
Three options are available from the Delete window:
• Delete all iterations of each object included in the table
• Delete all revisions of each object included in the table
• Delete latest iterations of each object included in the table
Previously, the default selection was always Delete all iterations of each object included in the table. Now you can set a preference to select one of the other options as the default. In Preference Management, navigate to Delete > Collector > Default Collection.
