Identify the default change notice template to use when creating new change notices.
Additional Details
In previous releases, the default behavior is that a change task is automatically generated and associated with each new change notice. This was controlled by two properties in wt.properties.
If you enable the optional features, a change task is no longer generated by default. The properties that were previously used to configure default change tasks are rendered obsolete:
• wt.change2.changeTask.defaultTask
• wt.change2.changeTask.isRequired
Instead, you can use change notice templates to autogenerate one or more change tasks.
To facilitate this, the following enhancements are available:

The following column has been added to the Change Object Templates table:
Out-of-the-Box Change Notice Template
A default change notice template is provided in the Change Object Templates table with the following values defined:
